Tomato basil vinaigrette

Makes 2 cups

1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/2 cup macadamia nut oil
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped


    1. Whisk together the first five ingredients in a small bowl.
    2. Gradually mix in the oil, then add the fresh basil.
