Serves 4
1 bunch asparagus, cut bottom ends off
1 lemon, juiced
3 tablespoons olive oil
dash salt
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Cut bottom ends off asparagus and place in a baking dish.
3. Squeeze lemon over asparagus add olive oil and a dash of salt. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until soft and browned.
