Roasted brussel sprouts

Serves 8

2 pounds brussel sprouts
4 tablespoons olive oil
to taste salt
to taste pepper


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. Clean brussel sprouts and cut in half; in roasting pan, combine with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes, or until soft and crispy. Make sure to turn brussel sprouts while cooking.
