1 cup cooked asparagus
Small sweet potato with 1 pat butter
Spinach salad with olive oil dressing

Thursday

Vegetable omelet
1/2 grapefruit
Lunch
Grilled chicken
String beans
Tossed salad with olive oil dressing
Dinner
Loin of pork with sautýed mushrooms and onions
1/2 cup bulgur
Salad of mixed greens and fennel
OR
Baked salmon or any other fish
1 cup of sauteed Swiss chard or escarole with onions and garlic
